Santé Sauvage reserves the right to remove free delivery during sales and promotions. Below the minimum purchase amount, the applicable postal fee applies, and you will see the shipping cost in your basket before payment. If you are outside of the abovementioned countries, we don’t currently offer free shipping.
CUSTOMS - UK and NON-EU orders
When ordering from the UK, customs charges apply over a £139 purchase value. The responsibility for and payment of any additional charges such as VAT, import duties, and customs clearance fees rests with the consumer.
For countries outside the European Union, customs charges may apply. It is up to each customer to pay the applicable import duties for your country.
OUR PROCESSING TIMES
We work from Mondays to Fridays. Our last shipment of the week leaves at 2:30 pm on Fridays, GMT+1. We generally process orders as they come in and no later than the day following payment. We don't count Saturdays and Sundays in our processing times. Processing times cannot be guaranteed, especially during sales and promotions. However, we aim to ship your order the same day or the next day. We will always do our best to keep to this. Then you need to add the estimated shipping times below.

We can provide the estimated shipping times of our chosen carrier - Colissimo, the specialist parcel carrier of La Poste in France.
FRANCE, BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG: 48 hours after shipping
SWITZERLAND AND IRELAND: 3 to 4 days after shipping
SPAIN, PORTUGAL, NETHERLANDS, GERMANY, AUSTRIA, ITALY: 3 to 8 days after shipping
UNITED KINGDOM: 3 to 8 days after shipping
WHO DELIVERS YOUR PARCEL TO YOU IN YOUR COUNTRY?
Colissimo hands your parcel to their partner at the border. The partner is usually either DPD or your national postal service. In the UK, it’s Parcel Force. For some countries, we can choose which carrier should take over in your country. When it’s time to frank the parcel, we can select either DPD or your national postal service, but not for all countries. When there is a choice, we choose the national postal service by default.
SHIPPING POLICY
Santé Sauvage uses the services of La Poste France (Colissimo) for its deliveries in France and in the geographical areas proposed on this site.
For the general and specific conditions of this service provider, please refer to articles 11 and 12 of the General Conditions of Sale.
RESPONSIBILITY
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical areas. Delivery times are given as an indication only; the status indicated online by the Post Office is authoritative. If by querying the tracking on the website of the carrier or the Post Office, the status indicates that the package has been delivered, but that the customer has not received the package, it is the responsibility of the customer to make a claim with the Post Office or carrier in their country. Our company, GENIALMM SARL, will provide you with all the shipping details to help you make a claim, but we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft after shipment. No compensation other than that provided in the terms and conditions of the Post Office or carrier chosen by the customer can be claimed.
NOT AT HOME FOR DELIVERY
If no one is at home to receive the Colissimo delivery at the address indicated by the purchaser, a delivery notice is normally left in the letterbox, indicating that the parcel will be represented the following day. If the customer is absent again during the second delivery, a notice will again be left in the letterbox - it is then possible to collect the parcel from a post office or parcel handler within 10 days of this notice being left. If the purchaser does not collect the parcel from the post office, the parcel will be returned to Santé Sauvage. Customer Service may then contact the purchaser for a possible reshipment. Additional costs will apply for a resend.
NB: In the event of a dispute regarding the delivery of a parcel mentioned as “delivered” by the Post Office (dispatch confirmation e-mail with the parcel number), the customer should contact the latter directly for any claim. We decline all responsibility in this respect. The Post Office's website is the authoritative source.

Shipping costs only include postage and no other charges. Transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order. We cannot always group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile items. Boxes are generously sized, and your items are well protected.
WRONG ADDRESS RETURNS
Wrong address returns are parcels returned by the delivery service provider with the words "N'habite Pas à l'Adresse Indiquée" ("Does not reside at the address indicated"). Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned parcel by SANTE SAUVAGE, a refund of the total amount of the order, minus postage costs, will be made via the original means of payment for the order within forty-eight (48) hours following receipt of the parcel by SANTE SAUVAGE. The Customer may then place the order again, ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct.
UNCLAIMED RETURNS
Returns on the grounds of "unclaimed" correspond to packages that have not been claimed by Customers at the post office or at the retailer chosen by the Customer at the time of ordering within fifteen (15) days of the delivery notice. Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned package by SANTE SAUVAGE's services, a refund of the total amount of the order, with postage costs deducted, shall be made via the initial means of payment for the order within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the package by SANTE SAUVAGE. The Customer may then place the order again.
