Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must check the condition of the Products delivered. In the event of apparent defects, the Customer has the right to return the Products in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale.

 

Change of mind

In the event of a change of mind concerning a Product, the purchaser may return said Product within fourteen (14) days of receipt of delivery to SANTE SAUVAGE by following the procedure set out below and accessible on the Site. The product must be sealed in its original packaging.

 The Customer must notify SANTE SAUVAGE's customer service department of his intention to return a Product:

In order to be reimbursed, the Customer must return the Product in its original packaging to the following address:

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Reimbursement will be made, postage costs deducted, using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer for the order, unless the Customer and SANTE SAUVAGE agree to the use of another means of payment.

 

Non-compliant or defective products

In the event of delivery to the Customer of a non-compliant or defective Product, the purchaser must notify SANTE SAUVAGE's customer service  :

Depending on the customer's request, the customer service department may proceed with the refund of the product.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer for the order, unless the Customer and SANTE SAUVAGE agree to use another means of payment.

 

Damaged parcel

If, upon delivery of a parcel for delivery against signature, the Customer notes that the parcel is damaged, he may, at his option, refuse the parcel, which will then be returned directly to SANTE SAUVAGE, or accept the parcel while noting the deterioration of its packaging.

 

Wrong address returns

Wring address returns are packages returned by the delivery service provider with the words “Does not reside at the address indicated". Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned package by SANTE SAUVAGE, a refund of the total amount of the order, less shipping costs, will be made via the original payment method used for the order within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the package by SANTE SAUVAGE. The Customer may then place the order again, ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct.

 

“Unclaimed" returns

Returns on the grounds of "unclaimed" correspond to packages that have not been claimed by customers at the post office or the retailer chosen by the customer at the time of ordering within fifteen (15) days of the delivery notice. Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned package by SANTE SAUVAGE services, a refund of the total amount of the order, less shipping costs, will be made via the initial payment method of the order within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the package by SANTE SAUVAGE. The Customer may then place the order again.
