Returns and Refunds

1. Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receiving the order, the Customer is required to check the condition of the delivered Products. In case of visible defects, the Customer is entitled to return the Products within 14 days under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions of Sale.


2. Returns Not Accepted for Hygiene and Safety Reasons

For reasons of hygiene and consumer safety, we do not accept returns of dietary supplements or consumable products once the order has been delivered.
Only products delivered in error or defective during shipping are eligible for a refund or replacement.

The Customer must notify their intention to return a Product to SANTE SAUVAGE customer service:

To receive a refund, the Product must be returned in its original packaging to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of defective products or delivery errors.
Refunds will be issued, minus shipping costs, using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with SANTE SAUVAGE.


3. Non-Conforming or Defective Products

If a Product is delivered that is non-conforming or defective, the Customer must inform customer service within 14 days of receipt.
Depending on the Customer’s request, customer service will proceed with replacement or refund using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.


4. Damaged Parcels

If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, the Customer may:

  • Refuse the parcel, which will then be returned directly to SANTE SAUVAGE;

  • Or accept the parcel while noting the damage on the delivery receipt.


5. Returns for “NPAI” (Address Not Found)

Parcels returned due to “NPAI” will be refunded, minus initial shipping and return costs, within 48 hours of receipt and verification by SANTE SAUVAGE. The Customer may then place a new order after correcting the delivery address.


6. Returns for “Unclaimed” Parcels

Parcels not collected by the Customer within 7 calendar days at a pick-up point or 5 calendar days at a locker, following the delivery notice, will be refunded, minus initial shipping and actual return costs, within 48 hours of receipt and verification by SANTE SAUVAGE. The Customer may then place a new order.
