Sustainably sourced, naturally dried, our dulse is packed with natural minerals and vitamins. This dulse adds a rich umami note to soups, salads, snacks, and gourmet dishes alike. 

Dulse (Palmaria palmata) is a red algae (Rhodophyta). Its reddish-purple colour comes from pigments called phycoerythrins, which absorb blue light and reflect red, allowing it to thrive in deeper waters where light is limited.
