Description

Palmaria Palmata, also known as Dulse, is a unique and nutritious seaweed known for its rich history and potential to support wellbeing. Dulse (Palmaria Palmata) is a red seaweed harvested from the cool waters off the Atlantic coast of Canada, as well as the coasts of Ireland and Norway. Its fronds grow in tidal areas on rocks, shells and larger, longer brown seaweed. The fronds are variable in shape and colour, ranging from dark pink to reddish purple, and have a rather leathery texture. The flat, foliaceous blade gradually widens and divides into broad segments up to 50 cm long and 3 to 8 cm* in size.

Advice for use

Suggested use and dosage: Shake well before use. Take 1ml four times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal glycerites is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents. Glycerites can also be administered directly into the mouth without water however some glycerites are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage.
