Recipes for Stabilizer Shots

These Stabilizer Shots are designed to stabilise you in an increasingly de stabilising world

 

1.

NERVE-GUT ACID STABILIZER

 

Use this stabilising shot if

- you're looking to stabilise your vagus nerves

- you're dealing with gastric spasms, flatulence, chronic gastritis, mild acid reflux, or other digestive disturbances (for acute acid reflux relief see aloe vera shock therapy in this book’s companion title Brain Saver Protocols, Cleanses and Recipes)

- you feel your food is not digesting, breaking down, or assimilating

- you feel you have poor nutrient absorption

- you've been told you have a microbiome or gut microflora condition or problem

4 to 6 cups of tightly packed fresh parsley or fresh cilantro

You can use a variety of parsley for this recipe, flat-leaf Italian, or curly parsley.

Fresh cilantro is also known as coriander in some countries

Run the parsley or cilantro through the juicer.

Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Select either parsley or cilantro not both at once to create either a pure parsley or pure cilantro

 

 

2.

TRAUMA, SHOCK AND LOSS STABILIZER

 

This shot is a supportive tool for any kind of emotional upset, emotional challenge, or emotional stress

Consider using it when:

-     you're giving challenging news or you receive any emotional blows

-     you're dealing with any kind of emotional upheaval

-     you've lost a loved one or a pet

-     you experience any kind of loss

-     you've been diagnosed with a chronic illness or you learn something challenging about your health

-     local and world events are affecting your life

½ cup fresh or thawed frozen cherries pitted

1 cup tightly packed spinach

1/2 apple

 

Run each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom

3.

ADRENAL FIGHT OR FLIGHT STABILIZER

 

Try this shot

-     when stress is dominating your life and you are not getting a chance to have a break or a tree from whatever you're up against

-     continual chronic stress is occurring

-     you feel involuntary reactions when receiving any kind of news or information from various people and sources

-     you are experiencing any type of PTSD

-     you feel like you're on a roller coaster ride and I've lost control of your life

-     you're addicted to Adrenaline activities or drama

-     you've been using sex as an escape

-     you're living on adrenaline without realising it such as with intermittent intermittent fasting and/ or caffeine use

-     1-inch piece of fresh ginger

Directions

 

-     1-inch piece fresh ginger

-     1 small garlic clove

-     2 tbsp fresh or thawed frozen wild blueberries or 2 tsp pure wild blueberry juice or 2 tsp pure wild blueberry powder

-     1/2 lemon peeled

-     1-cup tightly packed fresh parsley

-     1/2 cup tightly packed kale

-     1 cup chopped watermelon rind (optional)

 

Run each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom

 

If using the wild blueberry juice or wild blueberry powder, mix it in after all the other ingredients have run through the juice.

Pour into a glass and serve

If you're in a part of the world where you can't access any form of wild blueberries, you can substitute blackberries. A high antioxidant alternative, blackberries do not have the potency to match how wild blueberries defend cells from toxin.

 

 

4.

BURNOUT STABILIZER

 

Use this shot when:

 

-     you’re feeling pushed past your limit

-     you feel like you are missing something that your body needs, or you feel like you're running on empty

-     you've given so much of yourself that you feel you have nothing more to give

-     you're overworked

-     you've been running on caffeine to gain focus and energy

-     you feel you're short-circuiting or falling apart

-     you're becoming allergic to work or allergic to others around you

-     you feel like you're losing or missing a part of yourself

-      you can't seem to focus because you feel exhausted on all levels

 

Ingredients

Directions

 

-     ½ inch piece of fresh ginger

-     ½ cup tightly packed pea shoots

-     ½ cup tightly packed alfalfa sprouts

-     ¼cup fresh or thawed frozen pitaya (red dragon fruit) or ¼ cup peeled and chopped grapefruit

-     2 raw medium stalks asparagus, chopped

-     ½ stalk celery

Run each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom

 

Pour into a glass and serve

If you can't find, or don't like alfalfa sprouts or pea shoot, you can use any kind of sprouts or microgreens in this recipe such as broccoli, clover, sunflower and kale. Every sprout will bring a different flavour to the shot. If you choose to use radish or mustard sprouts, be aware that it will make the shot very spicy

 

 

5.

BETRAYAL AND BROKEN TRUST STABILIZER

 

This tool provides support in situations where

-     you feel emotionally toyed with, played with, or not taken seriously

-     you've been told your body has betrayed you

-     you feel betrayed, let down, neglected, overlooked, used or mistreated in anyway

-     you have been manipulated

-     ½ cup fresh or thawed frozen mango

-     ½ lime peeled

-     ¼ cup tightly packed spinach

-     ½ stalk salary

-     ¼ tsp cinnamon

Run the turmeric, mango, lime, spinach, and celery through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom

 

Sprinkle or mix in the Cinnamon

Pour into a glass and serve

 

 

 

6.

RELATIONSHIP BREAKUPS STABILIZER

 

Try this Brain Shot if:

-     try this brain shot if you're going through any kind of relationship turmoil whether or not it's reached the point of actual break-up or dismantling of a partnership

-     you're having arguments fights or disagreements in any kind of relationship

-     you feel there is no resolution to a situation or that there are unresolved issues with friends or family

½ cup of tightly packed fresh parsley

½ cup of roughly chopped lettuce such as green leaf or butter leaf, tightly packed

-      half a stalk of celery

Run each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom

 

Pour into a glass and serve

If you select fresh strawberries for this recipe, remove the greens before using. While are the greens on top of strawberries are edible, they may also have a bacteria from farm water that got trapped between the strawberries and the leaves. This is why the advice is to remove the strawberry greens all together

 

 

 

7.

SLEEP AND RECHARGING STABILIZER

 

Turn to the shot:

-     Before a nap

-     When you want a quick recharge

-     If you feel like your battery is constantly low

-     If you are easily awakened during a night’s sleep

-     If you don’t feel rejuvenated when you wake up from sleeping (You can drink the shot either after you’ve woken up of before you go to sleep)

-     When you’ve had a tremendous amount of output and want to regain strength

 

One healing technique is to drink this brain shot, place yourself in a resting position, and close your eyes. Even if you don’t fall asleep while resting, the shot will deliver its benefits.

¾ cup fresh or thawed frozen mango

1/8 cup tightly packed fresh dill

¼ cup chopped cucumber

½ cup roughly chopped lettuce (preferably butter lettuce), tightly packed

½ teaspoon pure maple syrup (optional)

 

Run each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom

 

Stir in the maple syrup

 

Pour into a glass and serve

Look for a maple syrup that is made only with 100%Pure maple syrup. Avoid using maple-flavoured syrups which are not the same and often contain harmful substances.

SPEAKING YOUR TRUTH STABILIZER

 

 This shot provides support around these main areas of truth

Run each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom

¼cup fresh or thawed frozen raspberries

¼cup fresh or thawed frozen strawberries

1 tbsp fresh or thawed frozen wild blueberries or 1 teaspoon pure wild blueberry juice or 1 teaspoon pure wild blueberry powder

1/4 up tightly pack fresh parsley

Run each ingredient through juicer in the olden listed from top to bottom

 

If using the word blueberry juice or wild blueberry powder, mix it in after all the other ingredients have run through the juicer

 

Pour into a glass and serve

If you select fresh strawberries for this recipe, remove the greens before using. If you're in a part of the world where you can't access fresh or frozen wild blueberries wild blueberry juice or wild blueberry powder, you can add three or four more blackberries to the quarter cup called for in the recipe

¼ cup tightly packed fresh sage

¼ cup tightly packed fresh oregano

¼ cup tightly packed wheatgrass (or 2 teaspoons thawed frozen wheatgrass juice)

½ cup chopped raw yellow squash

¼ teaspoon spirulina

 

Run the wild blueberries, blackberries, sage, oregano, wheatgrass and yellow squash through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom.

If you're using the wild blueberry juice, wild blueberry powder, or thought wheatgrass juice reserve for the next step.

Sprinkle or stir in the spirulina. Stir in the wild blueberry juice or wild blueberry powder. Stir in the food wheatgrass juice if using.

 

Pour into a glass and serve

If you're in a part of the world when you can't access fresh or frozen wild blueberries, wild blueberry juic,e or wild blueberry powder, you can add three or four more blackberries to the quarter cup called for in the recipe.
