Obsessive Thoughts Shifter

Break a repeated pattern of painful thoughts; a relapse of OCD, chronic OCD; a song you don’t want to hear any more that keeps playing in your head; repetitive thoughts; repetitive thoughts leading to repeated actions; hearing voices in your head that are not in your best interest, are questionable and may be telling you to do things that aren’t smart or good

1/8 cup loosely packed fresh sage (about 8 leaves)

½ to 1 apple

1 stalk celery

 

Run all the ingredients through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom

Mood Shifter

Irritability, chronic frustration, crankiness; feeling overwhelmed; when someone you trust says you are not yourself; feeling gloomy, downhearted or low spirited; having a hard time keeping balance emotionally, feeling like you’re unsteady, get triggered easily, are you are up and down.

Ingredients

 

Directions

1 Tbsp fresh or thawed frozen wild blueberries, or 1 tsp wild blueberry juice, or 1 tsp pure wild blueberry powder,

1/4 cup tightly packed fresh chives

1/4 cup tightly packed fresh basil

1/2 cup tightly packed fresh alfalfa

1/2 lime, peeled

1 stalk celery

1/2 cup grapes (optional)

Run each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom

 

If you can’t find blueberries, you can substitute with blackberries. Although a high antioxidant alternative, blackberries do not have the same potency to match how wild blueberries defend cells from metals, chemicals, radiation, and other toxins.

 

If you can’t find or don’t like alfafa sprouts, you can use any kind of sprouts or microgreens in this recipe, such as broccoli, clover, sunflower, or kale.

Nerve Shifter

If you feel anxious or shaky, or neurological twitches, tics, spasms, restless legs; when struggling with any kind of neurological onset; to break a nervous feeling about the moment you’re in, the future, or something that happened in the past; To help calm restless legs syndrome; before flying or taking a trip.

Energy Shifter

Food fear can take different shapes and forms. For example, apply this shot on a regular basis if you’re living with an eating disorder. The food fear shifter is also useful when someone is pressuring you not to eat healthy; you’re upset about what you’ve been eating lately; you’re feeling locked up about food in general, afraid to eat because you’re having trouble figuring out what foods you can eat comfortably without flaring up symptoms such a s digestive discomfort; you’re experiencing other symptoms or conditions, and you’re afraid of changing your diet to heal; someone wants you to eat healthy yet you’re afraid of fruits, herbs, leafy greens, wild foods and vegetables. 1/2-inch piece of fresh turmeric

1/2 cup chopped peeled kiwi fruit

1 Tbsp fresh or thawed

frozen wild blueberries or

1 tsp wild blueberry juice or

1 tsp pure wild blueberry powder*

1/4 cup chopped portobello

mushroom*

1/4 cup tightly, packed, roughly

chopped kale

1/2 cup tightly packed fresh

parsley

1/2 stalk celery

Run each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom. If using the wild blueberry juice or wild blueberry powder, mix it in after all the other ingredients have run through the juicer.

 

Pour into glass and serve

**Wash and rinse the portobello mushroom thoroughly with warm to hot water before chopping. Do not use a slimy or decaying mushroom. That's a sign of the mushroom oxidizing and aging.

Dreams Shifter

This shot can be taken at any time of the day or evening. If you wish to take it before a nap or before bed, you’re welcome to make the shot earlier in the day and save it in the refrigerator until you’re ready.
